How To Join
Join the My Online Pet Store Birthday Club and we will send your pet a birthday present on their birthday every year.
How it works;
1. Enter yours and your pets details below
2. Once you have placed an order with us, you will be enrolled into the Birthday Club and we will use the delivery address of your last order to send out your pet's present
4. There is no minimum amount that you need to spend on the website on your 1st order to allow you to enrol into the birthday club!!
